Purchase of this item is for dogs that will be in attendance and participating in the event.  This purchase provides one (1) rosette, inclusion in the Catalog and one (1) copy of the Catalog.  Upon receipt of this purchase, you will receive a form via email to complete and return that will allow you to provide full Name and Title of the dog as well as additional information for the catalog.

Closing date to purchase this item is August 2nd. No additional titles can be added to your ribbon after you place your order.
