2026 National Specialty Food Purchase - Friday Night "Sit Down Buffet"

Friday night festivities will take place in The Founders Room again this year.  Events will begin with a celebration of many of our wonderful border collies past and present with Parade of Honor recognition and then the Top 20 and Owner Handled Invitational presentation and awards.  You don't want to get hungry!!  There will also be a cash bar.

Dinner will include:

1. Harvest Garden Salad
2. Braised Beef Brisket
3. Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Classic Mornay Sauce
4. Whole Roasted Petite Potatos
5. Haricot Verts (Sauteed Petite Green Beans)
6. Assorted Sweets (cookies, brownies and lemon bars)
