This membership shall be open to all persons younger than 18 years of age does not provide the capability to vote, hold office or be counted towards a quorum. If you became a new member during the time frame of October, November or December 2025, your Membership carries 2026. The 2026 Membership time period is January 2, 2026 through January 1, 2027.
