Purchase of this item is for dogs that will be in attendance and participating in the event.  This purchase provides one (1) rosette and inclusion in the Catalog.  Upon receipt of this purchase, you will receive a form via email to complete and return that will allow you to provide full Name and Title of the dog as well as additional information for the catalog.

Closing date to purchase this item is July 31st. No additional titles can be added to your ribbon after you place your order.
